USER AGREEMENT

The  USER AGREEMENT  is set forth below, please ensure you have read and understood the entire agreement before accepting. 

TERMS

•  “End User” hereinafter referred to as “Customer”
•  “ unlockbd.com ” hereinafter referred to as “Seller”
•  “Buyer and Seller” hereinafter referred to as “Parties”
•  “Suppliers” hereinafter referred to as “Third Party Service Providers”
•  Third Party Service(s), hereinafter referred to as “Service(s)”

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS:

1)  "Customer" agrees to the use of electronic agreement to govern use of the services. "Customer" agrees to receive all notices hereunder in electronic form, provided that this consent may be withdrawn at any time by notice to the address set forth above (although, in some situations, we may not have other means of providing notices to "Customer"). Therefore, cancellation of "Customer" account may result from a request by "Customer" not to be available to receive notices in electronic form.

2)  The "Seller" is not affiliated with any network provider, operator or manufacturer. The logos, images and trademarks used are copyrights and property of their respected owners.

3)  Any Credit/Balance added by the "Client" cannot be refunded directly to the Binance USDT, Paypal or Bank account. In the case of a rejected/failed order, the refund will be made to the Server account so that it can be used in another service.

4)  All Services offered for use by the "Seller" to the "Buyer" are provided through "Third Party Service Providers" and the "Buyer" shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions with such "Third Party Service Providers". Except to the extent specifically prohibited by applicable law in the "Buyer's" jurisdiction. The "Seller" shall have no liability to the "Buyer" or any Third Party claiming by or through the "Buyer". For any matter relating to the "Third Party Service Providers", linked sites, other sites or third party information, including but not limited to; the accuracy, timeliness or continued availability of such "Third Party Service Providers" or the continued interoperability of the "Third Party Service Providers".

5)  The "Seller" reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect upon posting. It is the customer's responsibility to read the Terms and Conditions upon each purchase. Continued use of our service will signify acceptance of the latest Terms and Conditions.

6)  The "Seller" is committed to protecting the privacy of the "Customer". The "Seller" will only use the information collected about the "Customer" in a lawful manner. The "Seller" will never collect sensitive information about the "Customer" without explicit consent. Personal information held by the "Seller" will be kept secure in accordance with the security policy.

7)  In the event that the "Third Party Service Providers" are unable to complete the transaction, the order will be returned as "Not Found" and full credit for a specific transaction will be automatically issued.

8)  In the event that the "Service(s)" is completed but not accepted by the cellular device, the "Buyer" must notify the "Seller" within 7 days of receipt. Additional information will be requested from the "Buyer" to verify that the "Services" were not accepted by the cellular device as follows:
•  Video, Photos and images of the problem.
•  No refunds will be made for errors made by the "Buyer" such as: incorrect shipments, incorrect IMEI/Serial, incorrect data, among others.

9)  Terms of Service , the "Buyer" accepts our terms, therefore he/she cannot cancel any order in process while it is still in the source. As such, refunds for incorrect data cannot be accepted.

10)  All services and products shown on our website are for professional use. The "Buyer" as such agrees to use the tools and services in a transparent manner, in the event that any service violates the rules/laws of your country, avoid using it, otherwise you will be responsible for your own actions.

If the "Buyer" does not agree with any content, the "Buyer" will not proceed with the Registration. By completing the Registration, the "Buyer" fully accepts and understands all the content included in this document.
